Self Stretch Yarn

Self Stretch yarns; are self-stretching yarn technologies that stretch through the conjugate spinning of two different materials side by side to a unique different co-polymer. The materials are characterized by high flexibility and exceptional elastic resistance. Self Stretch technology makes it possible to produce elastane-free (PU) elastic-stretch fabrics that are more sustainable. In addition, fabrics produced without elastane can be easily recycled.

Low Melt Adhesive Yarn

Low melt yarn is a special low melting temperature polymer sheath and bicomponent technology with new material spun into core form. During processing, a heat treatment can easily cause thermal bonding between the fabrics and the coating. No additional special handling with chemicals is required for bonding or coating. Therefore, it saves energy and additional chemical usage. It is widely used in shop curtains, clothing, shoes and indoor uses where a stable form is required.
